Charles is host of the acclaimed 'Fearless Creative Leadership' podcast, which features conversations with the world’s most original and inspiring business leaders about what makes them successful - from the pragmatic to the personal. 

He writes frequently for Fast Company and speaks regularly on Creative Leadership. He is an Adjunct Professor at New York’s Columbia University, teaching the art and science of building companies that unlock 'Profitable Creativity’, and coaches at The Harvard Business School in their Executive Education Program.

Charles is proud to be a board member of PAWS Chicago, one of the world's most progressive and innovative animal welfare organizations. He and his wife Chris live in New York with their rescue dogs.

Her view of the business world has been shaped by a unique career path. 

As the VP of Publicity and Promotions for Oprah Winfrey, The Oprah Winfrey Show and HARPO Productions, and as an Emmy® winning Producer of The Oprah Winfrey Show, Chris helped guide the development of a local Chicago talk show host into the most powerful media personality in the world. 

As an advertising agency leader, she guided DDB’s content production on the McDonald’s and General Mills brands.

And as the co-founder and C.O.O. of the global film editing company The Whitehouse, she led a multi-office organization that redefined the way networked media companies work and cultivated a talent base that became the most awarded in the world.

Today, she is the co-founder of The Lookinglass - a creative leadership practice. She uses her unique combination of inter-personal skills and business and media expertise to help her clients achieve their goals for their companies, their careers and their lives. 

For three years, Chris wrote a monthly column as the Resident Business Coach at DailyWorth.com, the leading digital media company for women at the time.

She coaches regularly at The Harvard Business School in their Executive Education Program, including at their annual international Women’s Leadership Forum, and for the IWF in the HBS component of their fellowships.
